Something new from RMK that truly stands out from the rest. Introducing hand dyed matching sets! We only have 5 available in this colour.

A matching set is a beautiful thing however, sometimes it can be difficult to find leathers that are suitable for multiple products and are an exact colour match. This is where hand dying natural leather comes in. We have sourced 5.5mm natural vegetable tanned leather from the Chahin tannery for belts and 2.5mm for our pancake holsters.

While hand dying leather is considerably more time consuming, the results are stunning, robust and truly unique. When we apply the dye, the true figure and striations are revealed making each set one of a kind. Before it leaves our shop, we oil and condition the leather to rehydrate it.  

Step 1 - Build your Belt 

Hardware

Buckles & Keepers - Choose between our solid brass swage buckles & stainless steel roller buckles.  

Chicago Screws - If you like to change out your buckles, Chicago Screws are a great option. Just make sure you check them every now and then to ensure they are tight. If you lose a screw, click here to arrange a replacement.

Fixed Hardware - We apply thread locker to the Chicago screws so they stay done up forever.

Belt Sizing

There's several ways to make a great fitting belt but you can't get a better fit than with a custom measurement! The measurement you provide will be the middle hole of adjustment and allow the tip of the belt to sit in the first belt loop of your jeans. 

Option 1 - Measuring from an existing belt

This method is the most accurate to get a perfect fit but we understand it’s not always an option when gifting a belt. To measure from a exiting belt, please follow these instructions and enter the measurement in mm. 

PLEASE NOTE - It's very important that the following measurement is correct. Belts are a custom item made specifically for you and can not be resold if a mistake is made providing the measurement. Measure twice just to be sure

Option 2 - Provide a Jeans waist Measurement

If you don't have an old belt to measure from or perhaps your gifting a belt, we can work from a Jeans Waist Measurement.  

Optional Stitching
If you're after a classy finish on our robust men's leather belts, this is the answer! Choose black or cream stitching and we'll make the pancake holster with matching thread. If you don't include any stitching on the belt, the pancake holster will be stitched with black thread. 

Step 2 - Choose Your Pancake Holster 

The duo pancake holsters are available in small or large. Please make sure you select the correct model for your multi-tool to ensure a nice snug fit.

Small - Suits belts up to 38mm wide and 5mm thick. The Small Duo is designed to securely carry the smaller Leatherman models such as the Wave, Charge, Wingman, Signal, Sidekick and clipped flash lights up to 35mm.

Large -  Suits belts up to 45mm wide and 5mm thick. The Large Duo is designed to securely carry larger Leatherman models such as the Surge, OHT, MUT & Super Tool 300.
